Rothenberger Leadership Academy

The Rothenberger Leadership Academy (RothLA) is a cohort-based leadership program that develops physician leadership capacity within M Health Fairview for conducting exemplary clinical care, education and research across the system.

RothLA aims to create leaders able to address adaptive challenges and collaborate with healthcare stakeholders. This three-year, cohort-based program includes interactive sessions structured around leadership theory, practical application to participants’ leadership challenges, and small group work to develop peer support networks.
